How to measure SS SJEP JFET's

I have 4 Semi South SJEP120R063 JFET's, what is the procedure to measure them? I'm hoping to find a matched pair.
Is there any difference measuring the SJEP120R100 vs. the SJEP120R063?

You can measure the Gate to Source voltage while running some current through them and
voltage Drain to Source. Example: 0.5A Id and 10V Vds.

Thank you, the product summary is where the names come from. I'm going to reread how to measure JFET's a couple of times before I attempt this.
Using your example above, I would use a 20 ohm 5w resistor on the drain, a power supply of 10.5 VDC?
