Germany has a pretty busy forum at DIY Hifi Forum. I don't know if it has regional groups. Try there. BTW did you ever visit the Dutch zelfbouwaudio forum?
I'm a mod there. We even have a member from Bretten. Just try to register there. Registrations are reviewed by one mod only (limitation of the old forum software, soon to be replaced), so it may not happen immediately. If you don't hear back after a week or so, let me know, and I'll nudge my fellow mod 🙂
