I'm looking for tips on how best to attach PCBs to the Inner baseplate of a Modushop case. Normally I would use metal standoffs, however the holes in Salas PCBs don't align with the grid.
I could simply drill extra holes and use washers if the hole is too long, but I prefer to keep the grid intact.
Any ideas are welcome 🤗

Last year I used an enclosure from Modushop for my EL84-SE. Since I created the PCB on my own I could match the grid from the baseplate. If your PCB doesn't fit the baseplate grid an option would be to create a kind of adapter if the height of the enclosure permits. 1mm of aluminium would be sufficent. I did something like that for the OPT and the power supply as well. The baseplates from Modushop are steel, so I even didn't attempt to drill (don't have the proper equipment). I used desktop CNC to create all those aluminium adapter boards but for holding PCB just drilling a few holes should be sufficent.
Drill the baseplate as needed to match Salas's pcbs's mounting holes. Yes, it's steel, but it isn't that hard to drill through.

For this problem, I used small pieces of HDPE ( high density polyethylene) which is used in woodworking jigs and miter slot bars. It can be drilled and tapped very easily and allowed me to create the offset from the board holes to the base plate holes. I used miter slot sized piece cut into small squares.
