I love this wonderful design...
its going to resonate like crazy! It’s like a giant harp with the metal slats like that. Play the speaker and touch the metal to feel how it vibrates on lower notes. It might look cool but in the real world it won’t be that great.
A few years back I built a pair of speakers for my computer desk out of IKEA chopping boards I powered the direct off of chord Mojo with a trs to banana plug adapter.
Drivers are 3" Scanspeak Discovery 10F/8414G10 full range drivers in Micro Fonken enclosure made out of Ikea bamboo chopping boards. Size is similar to regular shoe box maybe a tad smaller.

A pic of testing using direct from mojo s proper big floating image completely detached from speakers when listening it was impossible to tell which of the three sets of speakers were playing. My wife those thought it was the large ones at the back I said the little ones No fing way was her response.
