Way too many places to list here. Just Google G10 or FR4 sheets. You should be able to find a place near you. Of course there is also perfboard sold at virtually all electronic parts suppliers.
The FR4 version is fire retardant and should be used for circuitry. The plain version can be used by paranoid or just plain dangerous folks for knives that will pass through a metal detector. Quite illegal!!!’

A hidden knife might be illegal, G10 or FR4 sheet definitely not.
FWIW prison inmates make quite deadly "picks" out of a toothbrush: they melt one end with a lighter, pull and twist it and get a sharp point.
Plastic hardens a bit because plasticizer partly evaporates, go figure.
That does not mean toothbrushes are illegal 😉
