I will not be using this pair of Semisouth Jfets, so here they are for sale.
I used 4 other pairs of these jfets from the same seller, and all tested and worked as expected.
This pair tested correctly for the on voltage of around 2.5 volts, and my transistor tester sees these as a jfet, not bjt.
I will ship via USPS Priority Mail.

$206. You are welcome to pay the seller on the big auction site $262 plus shipping and taxes for a pair as he has listed lately. After paypal fees and priority shipping I figured I would about break even on my pair.
Matt is a good guy and these are precious, get them while you can! I have a couple pair stashed or I would jump on these.

I just looked for the invoice for 25 pieces I bought just before the Semisouth bankruptcy but unfortunately did not find....
If I remember correctly it was $280 including freight and taxes....
I have some left but no need to sell them.
I´m waiting until state swaps from gold to platin 😆
No I spare them for a possibly upcoming Nelson project 😎

baggerbole- you're an ******* and a clown, this is well within the going price for a matched pair and has been for years. I used to by toshiba jfets for $.80 cents too, big deal.
