Yes I have new/unused 1964 Siemens ECC86 NOS/NIB (made by Valvo which was Philips really). In time the thought has come up that most old production ECC86 were made by Philips one way or another as it was a tube that was hard to produce. No means of matching or otherwise as I don't have a tube tester. Please send me a PM if you want a quad.
