Hello.
Any suggestion for a 8” woofer (8!ohm) for a 40 liter bass reflex cabinet?
It will be crossed at 200hz (sens from 85dB) and I need it goes as low as possible, not only low Fs, but good response btw 20 and 200hz)
I was thinking in Sbacoustics satori W024P-8 and I know is 9 1/2” but I could install something up to 25cm diameter.
I would like to know if there’s a better choice regards.

Is this really 20Hz or just "in the 20's"? Even that WO24P isn't going to get you much (anything?) at 20Hz in 40L....good response btw 20hz and ...
Maybe the Dayton Audio RSS210HF-4?
Visaton TIW 200 XS is a good woofer I would consider for my needs anytime over any other brand.
Cabinet loading and type is yet to be evaluated for optimal performance, imo.

If you're assuming flat response 20-200hz in 40L - this is not realistic.
21W 8555 would suit 40L better than WO24P
21W 8555 would suit 40L better than WO24P
in the end the lower extension is a matter of max. displacement.
I made a price (EUR) per cm3 displacement chart with some drivers (just a personal selection, prices refer to last year and may be different in the meantime) and got the following list for 8" drivers:
Incorrect table removed as per user request. See post farther down.
keep in mind that these values refer to the manufacturer's data sheets and may not always be realistic...
(edit: let me know if you want the complete sheet with several other driver sizes and most relevant TS parameters)

I recently used the SBA SB23MFCL45-8 in a twin-woofer sealed box, and it is a very good woofer. For an 8" driver, it moves A LOT of air. It's efficiency is low, as would be expected for a small woofer intended for subwoofer duties. You mentioned you needed about 85 dB/2.83V, and that is about right for this driver.
In a vented box application, 40 liter tuned to Fb=24 Hz results in a nice response: F3 = 24 Hz.
55 liter tuned to Fb=22 Hz results in an extended bass shelf kind of response, F3 = 21 Hz.

Thanks a lot for all your answers.
The fact is that It would be a twin woofer (that’s the why 8 ohm) and the cabinet is a JBL Ti10k. I would like to improve, if possible, bass response with an upgrade to the original 808J woofers. Total volume for both woofers is around 80 liters.
The bass response from originals woofers is not any bad but you know…. If it can be improved…

How did you calculate Vd for the SB23?in the end the lower extension is a matter of max. displacement.

Sorry, I missed the 8 ohm restriction. The RSS210HO-8 might work but I haven't modelled it. The HO are designed to go in a smaller box than the HF but don't go as low, and they don't make the HF in an 8 ohm version. Thanks a lot for all your answers.

Thanks for noticing this! How did you calculate Vd for the SB23?
Vd is 210 cm2 as per data sheet.
With 24 mm p-p (12 mm xmax) that should result in 252 cm3!
Let me check the chart! something seems to be wrong...
corrected chart (tanks again @markbakk ):
