Repairing a punch 200ix, one channel would no bias, after examining closer I found a swollen cap and bad trace repair. I replaced R46 and R 47 with 22ohm resistors and now it pulls 20amps. Does anyone have a 200ix schematic?
Hey perry it’s been awhile, I inlcuded a picture of the bad area that I repaired. I found r46 and r47 were open and and 47 was at 1k resistance. Before I found those bad resistors I had 29volts on c220, Q214 was shorted as well. I replaced those components and now the amp is unstable and pulls 20 amps even with bias almost all the way down.

These are what I have. The 0766 appears to be a mix of the two. You may be able to get the 0766 from Rockford.
Does your amp use all IRF540s or does it use 9540s and 540s?

Hey Perry,
No luck with rockford yet, still waiting on the schematics, the amp seems to be stable now. But I have lost audio signal on the right channel. I have succefully found it through the out put of the lm833.

Install the crossover card to the full range orientation. Does that make a difference?
