I've been using a smaller set for some years, no complain, even though my go to screwdrivers are the Swisstools at a much higher price.

I've tried to find out what that is. On Taobao, the Chinese text indicates its some kind of lever. Perhaps a similar function to the 'spudger' ?
I am pretty sure it is for situations where you can not fit directly the screwdriver due to space limitation. With this, you can "bend" the screwdriver (90 degrees for example) and still screw/ unscrew.
It's pretty hard for me to describe in English.

It is a flexible shaft. There's also a rigid extension. Looks like there are fractional hex bits 1/16, 5/16 etc...
