What happens if I connect a 100w tweeter and a 5000w subwoofer to a passive crossover and turn the volume of the amplifier to it's power that's above 600w.
Will the tweeter blow?
Should I match the power of both tweeter and subwoofer to avoid this?
What any suggestions for me?

The tweeter will get a reduced input due to the crossover only allowing the higher frequencies...
It's not clear whether your tweeter can actually handle 100W or that is some kind of exaggerated figure. Many tweeters only deal with a few Watts.
What is this amplifier, is it a pro unit or a car amp?

5000W is highly suspect. What subwoofer is it? Why do I get the feeling it's 5000W PMPO, not RMS which is probably closer to 250W...
I have blown many tweeters by overdriving them many times... If you care about them, add 12V festoon lamps in series with them.
Frankly, you will need more than just a sub and tweeter for full range as most subwoofers stop around 200Hz and most tweeters don't start until more than 2kHz. If you listen to music with an equalizer set in the shape of a vee, you might like it that way, otherwise there's no midrange.

You should first inform us what is this combination of drivers/amps you have at your disposal.

Without being specific as to the make/model of every component, you're not likely to get any useful replies.
5K watts from a car battery? That's just over 400amps. Headlamps will flash in sympathy if you don't burn the wiring out first.
I once had chinese amp 2x300 watts. When I looked inside, there was 4x7 watts chip run in bridged mode for 2x14 watts. Powered by 30 watts trafo.
You just can not take some stuff seriously.
But seriously, there are two ways how wattage of tweeters are meassured. In home hifi speakers, wattage is measured before the crossover. If its 100 watt tweeter, it means 100 watts of full pink noise from the amp was fed to crossover, and only fraction of that reached the tweeter. This needs to be clear.
If 100 watts of 10kHz would be fed to that tweeter, it would burn.
Second is pro sound speakers, where wattage is measured after the crossover.
This is further more complicated with continuous signal vs music signal. But lets not make things too complicated, this is car audio after all. No one takes it too seriously.

While there are still plenty of crazy car amps that insanely under-perform their specs, there are also many legitimate multi-kilowatt amplifiers on the market now, even from smaller brands. If you haven't kept up with car audio, the power numbers might seem ridiculously overstated, but sometimes they are not. Cheap Class-D power has gotten very easy to obtain, but it's still a good idea to look for stuff that's been third-party tested if you really need a lot of cheap watts.
This link is direct to the test portion, where this ~US$220 amp puts out over 4000 watts at 2 ohms, while drawing over 400 amps.
And another that's about $500, and does over 6000 watts into a single channel at 2 ohms, while pulling over 500 amps.
