Anyone recoginse these regulator boards?

I've bought a job lot of parts and these were part of it, they are regulators I know that, print on pcbs say diyaudio layout by Jens Rasmussen 2006, could anyone point me in the right direction to any documentation?

The device on the heat sink may have a part number, start there.

Caps seem to be 2200 uF / 35 V, so max. 24 V DC regulator, if it is indeed a regulator.
