Good morning,
I'm building my first Speaker Project using WinISD and TB W6 623I as a speaker (later i will add a tweeter as well). I would like to share Win ISD Graph just to check if there's something wrong. The first One is the Transfer Function Magnitude, the second is the SPL and the Third one is the Impedance. Cabinet is 10 liters.
Vent Frequency is set ro 15 Hz while Speaker Fs is 46 Hz

Please explain. Port shelf, i assume measns a reflex, but th eimpedance is for a sealed box, and BR do not have a Q and typically one aims for 0.5<Q<0.8 in a sealed box.

Good morning, solve the issue. It was a problem with cabinet dimesion. I have one more question.
The driver has a minimum frequency of 46 Hz and Xmax of 4 mm.
Below 40 Hz th Cone escurion is above 4 mm, do I need to insert a high pass filter below 40 Hz or it doesn't matter because the driver doesn't handle this frequency?
Regards

I managed to rip the internal driver connection on a 10" woofer with a 35 w/ch dynaco ST70 power amp. Walking across the wood floor with a turntable arm on the LP would cause a >20 mm movement of the cone in a half second? A simple high pass filter in the preamp could have eliminated this but the dynaco PAS2 doesn't have one. Make sure your mixer, preamp, or power amp has a high pass filter at 40 hz or so: especially if you use LP's or some microphones that will respond that low in frequency. The driver has a minimum frequency of 46 Hz and Xmax of 4 mm.

Worse: it has a bump at 0.5Hz.high pass filter in the preamp could have eliminated this but the dynaco PAS2 doesn't have one.
