The above mentioned amplifier output has changed after my vehicle battery failed. The battery was replaced but there's an audible difference with the output of the amp.
Could something have gotten damaged with the low voltage supply from the vehicle?

It's possible but not likely. Are both RCA cables fully inserted into the RCA jacks on the amp?
Post a good quality photo of the component side of the entire main board and the component side of any driver boards.

Are you sure that all settings (subwoofer output level, crossover frequency...) on the head unit are the same as before the battery was replaced?
