Yes, it would be expensive though. I did a rough shipping fee calculation with UPS to canada and got €100 in shipping fee and €40 in customs fees.

Then I did a distortion sweep @ 2.8V for each driver sitting there at the table with a microphone just above the cone of each driver. Not a perfect representation of how they perform in a real baffle (which I also have measurements for if you want them) but should prove that there isn't anything broken with the drivers.
