I hope I’m asking this in the correct area. I took apart the back panel of my NAD M3 in order to do a recap on it. The RCA jacks are isolated from the back panel using these small plastic pieces, white for the left channels and red for the right. The left channel is completely fine, but I guess the red dye in the right channel has lead to their destruction, they literally crumble when you touch them.
Here are a couple of the most complete I have, I know it’s a long shot, but does anyone know where I might be able to find these or a near replacement? I may see if I can find someone who can 3D print them.
Thank you,
Dan

Lots to look through there unfortunatley, but measure the RCAs you have and see if there's a reasonable match. You'll likely need to trim the washer down to suit the panel thickness, and you probably won't find red ones. But they'll work.
Alternatively, buy a bunch of cheap RCAs from Aliexpress or eBay and just use the washers 🙂.

I bought some shoulder washers from digikey, keystone 7687 1/4" for an RCA I have, but as DontHerzMe suggests, measure! Should be no need to 3D print, they come in a dizzying array of sizes.
I bought nylon shoulder washers from Ace Hardware. I'm not sure what the size for your RCA jacks are but you could use regular nylon washers and some heat shrink or other tubing.

Stepped plastic washers.
Try a plumbing / hardware site, audio is only one of the uses.
See the Metric size area as well,, 0.5 mm error will be covered up during fastening.

It is a penny part, the shipment will be very high.
And as it is the parts are expensive in the USA and Europe, each item is to be accounted for by (comparatively) highly paid staff, and sometimes individually packed, with labels.
That will add to the cost.
Just use a heated socket from a wrench set to make the shoulder if needed, or something similar.
Do that to a flat washer, those are easy to get.
Boiling water can also be used, do not exceed 120C or so.
Be careful, hot water and hot plastic can be dangerous, better heat the washer than the socket.
Nylon sticks to skin. Beware about that.
It is a color marker, so do not worry about the type of plastic.
Try auto parts stores as well. And upholstery / needlework stores.
Ahh, fiber washers also:

No ties to seller...and it seems India, you can find something more local.

Holy smokes, many options I hadn’t thought of, thank you so much. I’m going to look through the links and if I can’t find a suitable substitute I’ll attempt making my own. Really appreciate the help all.

I´m into Guitar Amps and often have to insulate metallic jacks for 1/4" guitar plugs from chassis.
There are suitable plastic shoulder washers as mentioned above but if in a hurry (Saturday 8PM and a Musician is playing live in a club or stage in 30 minutes 😱 ), I wrap a narrow (2mm) wide piece of insulating tape (plastic or paper) cut to size with scissors out of a normal tape roll around threaded barrel and two fiber or plastic 3/8" washers, plus the original nut for mounting.
Faster done than explained 😉
I mean: do the same but with RCA compatible dimensions, I used Guitar jack ones of course.
