Yamaha A-S501 vs Marantz PM6007 vs ...

Hy,
I'm looking to buy new amplifier for living room (around 20m2).
Currently I have a pair of old Pioneer CS-770 speakers, those will also be replaced a bit later, so they dont play a big role. But I will likely get something in similar size and power rating.
I listen mostly 80s & 90s rock, hard rock, pop. I used to listen to alot of electronic music, but as I'm getting older I'm moving away from it. But I still do like to shake the house from time to time.
This will be my first newer quality amplifier and I'm not sure what to expect. I want rich sound and bass cannot be sacrificed.

I'm looking at Yamaha A-S501 and Marantz PM6007. I'm also open to any other suggestions in this price range, but I must see if I can get it localy.

I like the looks of Yamaha better, but that is it for now...
I know nothing will be "the best of the best" in this price range, but I would like to hear opinions.

Thank you

I went with Yamaha, I'm happy with it.
In case someone will be searching for opinion, I will write a bit...
Amplifiers and sound systems in general aren't new to me, but I never had something of that price range.
If your history is similar you can't go wrong with that amp, even if you have much higher expectations that I did. My expectations were a bit lower because of old Cs770 speakers that I have... I saw some posts online people writing things like: "those are worth 25eur max", "they sound bad"... honestly I dont know where that came from... sure they are nowhere near the top of the list, but they do sound nice paired with that amp and after all those years cones and sorrounds are still good, I didn't even change capacitors on crossovers. If you get a good deal on them, take them.
Now to the amp... It does sound a bit bright but not hissy as some owners are saying, some claim that it gets better after some time... Personaly, I'm ok with it, it's not bright enough to bother me. Overal sound quality is nice, all I can say is that I didn't knew music specter is that wide. Bass is not too strong, but strong enough, kinda like the sweet spot. It's not agressive at all, nice and calm. It sounds like it comes from somewhere behind, actualy alot of details sound like that. Low/mid/high ratio is good.
Right now I have Samsung s7 and youtube as source, I must set up my daphile pc & transfer my flac music.
It does sound a bit dry on phono, but that must be due to my tt.
I wont go into details on the visuals, because buyer must see it for itself, but I will say that build quality is good, eq knobs are made of plastic, but still it looks good to me, I do like the remote.
