Not sure on the model number of this somce someone painted it at some point
Both channels have 4.50 volts measured directly across the speaker terminals .
I checked the outputs all test fine .
I’ve checked over a few other things diodes transistors resistors all test good .
Any ideas ?

What's the resistance from the non-bridging speaker terminals to the primary ground terminal?
This may be an X100.
This may be an X100.
Do you happen to have a pic showing what speaker terminals are what ? I don’t have the cover here showing what speaker terminal is what
This means that you have to use the non-bridging speaker terminals as the reference when measuring voltage on the secondary side of the circuit.
Does the amp produce rail and regulated voltages?

Is the audio signal passing to the output RCAs of the amp?
Is there any audio on the output of the amp?
Is there any audio on the output of the amp?
With the module out of the amp I do not get audio on the rca outputs of the amp and the dc voltage on the speaker terminals is gone
