Does anybody know if https://www.don-audio.com/Start is still active?
I ordered a pair of Edcor PC600/15K transformers the 21 September. According to their website these should be in stock and the invoice said estimated shipping date 25 September. However, I still haven't received them and logging into my don-audio account I can see that the transformers is still pending shipment. I have tried contacting don-audio using both e-mail and the contact-form on their website without any reply.
Any of your guys bought anything from don-audio recently?

Don Audio's Aaron is present and usually answers inquiries the same day. They're good and competent. I have 2 orders pending.
When I bought a pair of Cinemags I had to wait a half an eternity too, and they didn't respond to those questions. But that was due to Cinemag, not Don-Audio. Probably same here?

Thanks, It's just strange that they don't respond to any of my attempts to contact them. They clearly state they have the transformers in stock. If the information on the website is not up to date, they could just contact me and say so.

I can confirm that Don Audio is still active.
On September 19 I purchased some Cinemag and Hammond inductors, and received them on September 23.
Have a little more patience, maybe the shipment is just a little late. But, keep trying to clarify with Don Audio the satus of your order.

Just a small update. I have still not heard anything from don-audio.com despite me trying to contact them again via direct email and their contact form on the website. I haven't tried calling them by phone.
I find it very strange that when I log in I can see the order is marked paid, but not shipped even though they state the transformers are in stock and they have more than 10 in stock.
I can't understand that @Analogico got his order through. If they haven't got the transformers in stock why not just tell me?
At the moment I would suggest to take care when ordering anything from them.

Maybe see if JAC has heard from him. Seriously, the only way I can ever get a response for guys like JAC is to threaten to cancel the order. I use PayPal just so I have financial recourse. I do like JAC's products BTW which is why I still order from him when needed.

One batch was sent 4 days after payment was confirmed, and got an swift email for the other order (some fancy parts), warning me of a multiweek delivery-time... So they're there.
OTOH, whenever I have one of these noobie-question, I haven't ever got an answer...

I paid using paypal. However, I'm not impatient. But, it would be nice to know why they are not shipping them considering the invoice said estimated shipping date 26 September. Strange way to run a business.

Just a quick update. Aaron has just mailed me and we have sorted everything out. It appears that I had made a mistake by not setting the VAT for Denmark. I'm still not sure how and why. However, everything is good.
I would like to say thank you, in case some of you guys pulled some strings behind the scenes.

Just a small update. As mentioned in the previous message I thought everything was sorted out. As said there was an issue with the VAT field in my account info which were set to "N/A". I think it might have been Google auto-fill that did that when I created the account and I didn't notice. Anyways, Aaron eventually informed me of the issue and I corrected the account info and paid the VAT using paypal the very same day.
However, I have still not received the transformers and they are still marked "not shipped" despite being in stock. I have mailed Aaron twice without any response. This is a bit frustrating.
I will let you know how things progress.

I wasn't very satisfied with their email-correspondence, which could improve IMHO, but beside of that, they're good and very friendly on top of it.
(And they don't let an order rot on the shelve)

I too had a problem getting a response to emails, maybe repeat messages go to spam? In the end I got a response by sending from a different email account.
