Hi all,
Anybody has schematics for the above mentioned amp. It has problem with sub channel. Looks like it is going into dc protection for that channel. Disabling the sub i.e 5th channel powers the amp good. Enabling it makes it go into power on and off cycle.

Yes it goes protect. Same thing was customer complaint. Is this what was happening in the vehicle?
Is the class D section causing the amp to try to draw excess current or is it driving DC voltage to the speaker terminals?
I dont think is excess current. I am having 3v dc on speakers when I removed Q734 amp comes on good with good oscillations on gate signals. But it has 3v dc on speaker output terminals. Is the class D section causing the amp to try to draw excess current or is it driving DC voltage to the speaker terminals?
Yes measured across positive and negative speaker terminals. Also with gain voltage increases. And the top half clips faster than lower half in sine wave.Is that 3v measured directly across the positive and negative speaker terminals?
