I bought a pair of Jordan Eikona 11's a while ago that have been waiting patiently for me to do something with them. I recently became interested in Open Baffle concept and wondered if anyone has gone down this path with the Jordans and if good results can be expected.

Presuming you've considered the range over which these drivers will be useful, and their excursion and relevant parameters... the success of such a baffle will depend on the design of the baffle itself.
Thanks. This is like dipping my big toe in and seeing if it gets wet. I'd like to use some nice 1" thick Black walnut 12" wide and 18" high mounted on to maple legs to achieve the height. I also considered using a pair of KEF tweeters in conjunction. All my speakers run through a sub that acts as a crossover so I don't expect the Jordans to go low.
