Is this good for speaker stuffing?

It's not dense, I can weigh it if that matters, just need to know if there is a standard volume/configuration that would simplify comparisons.

It looks like ordinary 1in poly-wadding.
I used the same thing for my fully stuffed transmission line project. Works excellent.

Edit: if it has an outer protective sealing film, you have to remove it.
