Hi, I connected this car radio to the home with GND, + B, ACC + but the display shows "disabled" do you need some other connection?
I have no information on that head unit but many have a security system that require them being installed in the original vehicle and also have a security code that has to be entered.
In this car stereo there is no code, I found some videos on youtube but no one explains well which are the connections to unlock the "disabled"
You'll have to program a radio on the car computer perhaps as You program other extra accessories, if it came of the factory without one.
If the radio came from another vehicle, it's a security measure.
Some car electricians know how to solve it.
My VW Golf (USA Rabbit) original radio only needs the code if You don't connect it to the CAN bus of the car.
If connected, it compares the built-in code to the one stored on the car computer.

I reinstalled the car stereo in the my friend's car, it turns on regularly on the radio, does not ask for any code. Surely to try it in the laboratory you need other connections, unfortunately I can't contact youtuber, let's wait.
Hi. In my practice , most of original car radios , especially those 2din size , require not only power supply. Some time ago friend asked to look at its toyota's radio , bad soldering problem, have resoldered ,but was unable to test at home. Pinout had three positive supply pins, they could draw several hundreds of ma why pressing on button , but display blank. After that he installed it again in the car and it continue function properly. I suspect it needs can bus.
To run such devices at home , you need car can bus emulator, or grab can data ,while device is in car functioning, record it, decode , and put that in emulator. I think this is hard work.
