The box says Taiwan, but it looks like I just found the answer. The MF-25B is the earlier Yageo prefix for what they now call the MFR-25FB series. The change came in the mid-late 2000's. Ex: their current 9k53 is MFR-25FBF52-9K53, the earlier number was MF-25-B-9.53K .
Also, I see that the current Yageo MFR- resistor kits have the identical part numbers as the MF- ones I bought 30+ years ago.

Same here. What's your overall impresssion of them? They seem like a good general-purpose resistor, tho I still favor RN60's in feedback positions.I still have a bunch of those.
We used them for lab proto circuits, and never had any problems. The price was right,
especially for their large prepacks. For my own audio stuff, I always use fresh parts
with mfr tracing, though. There's too much of my work involved in building stuff to cheap out.
