I am asking $380 shipped including the BOM (which includes the relays, lorlin switch, IC's, terminals, LEDs etc).

@Vavilen I sold the parts because I ended up buying a Benchmark LA4 to match my AHB2 amp, otherwise these Neurochrome parts would be on the top of my list.
Other excellent options that vary from features and cost would be:
AMB a10 preamp
Mezmerize B1 Buffer from the store
The Dougles Self Preamp from LA #5 (which PCB's are available here)

Interesting! I've got a Benchmark HPA4 in my primary system, and it's a stunningly good pre-amp. Just for fun I'm building a Neurochrome pre-amp for my secondary system (just unbalanced ATM), so I can see how it fairs against the big boys. 🙂
