It claims to increase the sound quality and drive force.
It puts the second chip as buffer, but idk if its that useful.
Imagine combining the 2 with a Dual to single adapter and using 4 opamps instead of a single dual one with the decoupling "socket".

Interesting as a concept.
But decoupling is decoupling, forget the brand naming, and magic solder implications.
Might be useful as a no-solder drop-in add-on when you don´t want to mess with existing products, but nothing stops you from soldering a no brand generic ceramic capacitor across relevant pads.

It can be useful to some but in the listing it says that avoid older equipment and strong negative feedback circuits otherwise it can make the opamp oscillate and add extra noise.
