Hey guys working on a mc1.4000 memphis and I need to order parts but I am getting conflicting info. On the hp1 power supply card q8 is listed as PB(sot23) and q7 is listed as NB(sot23) q8 code suggests bzb84 divide and q7 suggests npn, pnp, or diode. Any ideas what they should be?
Post a good quality photo of the component side of the entire main board and the component side of any driver boards if no one can help.
It's similar to the attached diagram. Can you find the corresponding transistors on that diagram?
That didn't help a ton but I found them they are a krc102s and a kra102s made by keck pre biases transistors.
That's a strange part for this board but it's possible. Lift one of the others with the same part number and confirm that they have the internal bias resistors as shown on the datasheet.
I saw those but dismissed them because I'd never seen that type of transistor used in the Korean/Chinese amps.
