I know member Tazzz had them for sale, but I don't see him active here since a while.?
I did two of those mosfets irfp240-9140 complementary amps and they are very good with a 250mA bias.
Or a similar project that I can use again the same output mosfets I have a plenty left.
Power supply.y +/- 40vdc is already built.
