I’m looking for available software that allows for measurement of Gm (GedLee distortion). I see that Virtins offers it in their full version.

Also, according to Gedde’s paper (ref 5890), mention that frequency dependant Gm’s must be left for future work. Are there any software packages that allow for frequency dependent measurement of Gm?

I can't comment on the situation in the marketplace, I'm just not "up" on the latest.
The frequency dependence of Gm is trivial to a first order. You just do Gm at various frequencies - wherever you want depending on the resolution that you are after.
The "distortion of the distortion" is not accounted for by this technique, but that's likely a very small factor.
