My build could benefit from a nice curved port! I didn't see any curved 3.5" 19.75" ports though, does anyone know of a good source for something like this or should I just make my own out of angled wood with 8 sections or something? Thoughts?
How big??
1" to 2" nominal, "conduit sweeps" look like your picture. Metal or plastic. Smaller sizes are easy to buy and pay for; large sizes may be harder to score and very expensive.

It is also a thing to pack a plastic pipe with dry sand, cap the ends, put it in a tin oven (duct, stove-pipe) with a heat-gun, then shape it on a board to cool. I can buy a 4-foot cut of 4" PVC sewer-pipe at the home-store for a lot less than Platt wants for a 3" sweep.
There is also a "liquid tight non-metallic conduit", also used for hot-tub plumbing, at least to 2". Make friends with a swimming pool guy- the stuff only comes in long rolls and you only want a scrap.
As a general thing, electrical conduit will be length/diameter so skinny that it will resonate like a flute. Usually a woofer duct is not driven into the midrange where a long duct would sing. But something to ponder.

Size is 3.5" diameter by 19.75" long and I just modeled it in Sketchup. Ya I could try to change it to a more normal size, this one was the sweet spot in Vituix though, thank I'll check those links out!
I have used conduit before, even bent it in a hot bender for the gray stuff but that won't keep the diameter very well, I did think of that though!

Wow! LOL after looking at those prices the 4" PVC at HD looks mighty good! It models pretty well too, I only have to increase the length by a few inches, push come to shove I'll port it next to the tweeter! LOL
I'll really try to not do that...

Oh this looks promising, at the Depot I found this semi-rigid duct. What if I brace it with wood across the length, it feels pretty strong. I'd have to see how airtight it is so put it into the software properly.

We used to call that "dryer hose". Also bathroom fan. Interesting that it is now "Grow Tent Accessory".
It better be air-tight enough so dryer-lint (or toilet or marijuana smell) does not get out much. Of course the end clamps are the weak detail in this design.
The dryer-stuff I have been seeing is slightly stronger/stiffer than kitchen foil.
More-rigid stuff is available in gauges from thin (fan-duct) to heavy (woodstove chimney).
