Hi everyone!
This is my first post requesting help... 🙁
I am looking for the datasheet of 2014 tube. I really was not able to find it in the internet!
The only information that I found from a substitution handbook is that could be a replacement of 6CL6.
Any help is welcome,
dario

IBM and the other computer companies of the 1950's had tubes made for them. Many had oddball 4 digit numbers often starting with 1 or 2. Some were identical to their receiving tube counterparts, but most had a unique cathode coating to withstand long periods of operation with no cathode current. I have some 2033 tubes that are really 5964's but Google finds this association. As you found, Google knows nothing about the 2014. It may be a 6CL6. You could check the pinout and measure the heater current to get more confidence that this is true.
