Looking for IRFB4227 TO-220

Any thoughts on finding a reliable source for these? I'm in the US fwiw.

Need 6 from the same lot for a class d amp I'm rebuilding.

I see options on eBay and even Amazon (eesh), none of which make me feel too warm and fuzzy. Like many, I've gone down that road before and been burned with knock offs.
