I’m having an issue with getting specific rating for capacitor replacement on an amp power board, it’s an 120vac amplifier (none car) but it’s a general question that could use the same logic I believe.
the originals are 6800uf 80v and they are 8units in the power circuit, they are arranged series parallel where both amp module is tapped on a shared power delivery (not independent arranged banks like dual power supply) just one big bank serving both audio modules.
my question is can 10000uf 80v caps be used to replaced them? Will it have too much capacitance or will it affects ESR?
Let me know if the higher values have any negative adverse issues if I used them.

Are the 6800s unavailable?
In some amplifiers, a significant increase in capacitance can cause rectifiers to fail due to inrush current on startup.

The specific ones at that values, I can’t get it in my locale, can I use 4 of the higher values in the circuit only, or can the rectifiers be upgraded to higher amperage to accommodate the inrush current in that case?
I don't know the amp so I can't tell you if any modifications need to be made.
Is there a rush on the amp where you can't wait to get the correct parts?

Good evening guys, the brown caps are in an amp I’m repairing (3.3uf 250v) can the latter pic which sport that box type be used to make the replacement, is it the same function and durability?
Definitely the same parameters , so sure, go ahead.
Do they have the same leg spacing to fit in original PCB holes?

Why are you replacing those film caps anyways?
They normally don’t wear out unless in a high voltage snubber application…

That’s just a sample of another amp that they are in good condition on, but I have another amp that has some real busted ones on it that I didn’t bother to post, just want to know if I don’t get the exact same packages if the boxed type can work. Why are you replacing those film caps anyways?
