PCB Board Layout is using TOSHIBA and SANYO for IPS and VAS, HITACHI lateral mosfet for OPS.
As there is direct replacement for these semiconductors, using schematic that i post above replacement semiconductors are:
2SA970 <=> KSA992
2SA1407 <=> KSA1381
2SC3601 <=> KSC3503
2SK135 <=> ECF10N20 or ECF20N20
2SJ50 <=> ECF10P20 or ECF20P20
Other components is easy available from Mouser, Farnell, Digikey...
Replacement semiconductors have same pinout so it is compatible with this board.
As there is direct replacement for these semiconductors, using schematic that i post above replacement semiconductors are:

If you like plastic lateral mosfet case then you should design your own board to accept plastic case.
This pcb of OME SIGMA is designed to use TO-3 case lateral mosfets that have a bit more open sound that plastic ones, TO-3 case allows better power disippation handling and it is thermaly coupled (not like on your picture one mosfets on left side and other to right side).
Using lateral mosfet in metal case gives you a better sound and better power disipation handling.

Every ear hear different sound as every women is beautifull on his own way. So the answer is build amp that you liked and compare with other amplifier. This is fun and diy friendly. Nobody have amplifier that sound best on all ears...so you need to build, test hear and compare. The one your ears like is your reference amplifier.

I don't like to buy kit from chinese sellers as they sell fake components to archieve low price and attract buyers. If you want to build this goldmund amp buy components from mouser, farnell or digikey and use chinese boards but need large picture of pcb layout because routing for audio needs separate grounds from power and signal.
My output Mosfets are missing.Great board, build this and you will be very happy with this amp.

My monthly income from my work here in Brazil is 283$ (month), some people earn it in an hour, others in a week. But this is my reality. I saved money during these years to fulfill my dream of consumption, I don't have a motorcycle, I don't have a car, I just want a good amplifier to age happily.

So answer to your question is...read online comments about sound from other members and decide what you want to buy and build. Nobody can give you solution to say buy this amp and this is high end amplifier, the best on world.
So decidion is upon you.

Above post numbers with letters are name of transistors and mosfets that is direct replacement from old semiconductor to new one that is easly available.
My opinion is that sigma is one very nice sounding amplifier that have tube sound, for me it is best amplifier that i have heard, it uses hitachi topology and output lateral mosfets that give tube reference sound.
Of course this is my opinion, other or you can agree with me or not.
