Hello,

I am having square wave and triangle wave on LM361 input pins, but there is no output waveforms on output pins of LM361. All the voltages +- 12v and 5v present on pins. IC is bad or it need any enable signal for it to produce output. Thank you,

The strobe pins could be used to control the IC output but they're typically tied to pin 13/14.

Are the inputs at about 0v DC?

Do you measure 5v across pins 10 and 14?

Are pins 9 and 11 the same voltage and completely dead?

Inputs have -5v and -0.4v. (No input signal given. )
Pin9 have 4.6v
Pin11 have 5v
Getting 5v across pin10 and pin14.

Connect pin 3 to a local ground (near the IC). Do you get any output from the IC?

If you have all supply voltages and pin 3 is at 0v and pin 4 is a triangle waveform of approximately 5v amplitude at very near 0v DC, I think the IC is very likely defective.
