sony sh-155 headshell … can this be used on a sme?

I‘m tempted to bid on a sony sh-155 headshell, but didn‘t get no answer to the question: can it be used on SME and/or SME-compatible tonearms?
I meant: is the (bajonet-?) lock the same, and is the length ok to get a cartridge adjusted properly?
