New GRS Ribbon Tweeters

It seems that GRS has released a new product line of ribbon tweeters, in collaboration with Fountek. Interesting. Here's some info from the link below:

GRS's premium high-end ribbon tweeters take everything you love about Fountek's Neo series and updated it with the latest in materials and motor technology! Easily reach frequencies of 40kHz for incredible detail from your hi-fi system!

Anyone tried them out? I wonder what differences they have from the original Fountek Neo series?

Very interesting indeed. I am especially curious about the production tolerances. The brand Monacor issues their ribbon series RBT-10/20/35 only as matched pairs. This is to ensure proper balancing between the channels for accurate and stable stereo imaging

Channel balance is critical with HF drivers. If I'm not dealing with cheap drivers in a not so high end build, I purchase at least 4 drivers to get a close match of 2 and use the best matching one of the others as a spare, in case they become NLA. This philosophy saved me when Peerless decided to suddenly change their min purchase qty.
