Not directly but looking at the timing, it appears that it 'may' work if you drove both inputs with the input to pin 1.

Compare the timing diagrams for the two ICs.

There is no SD pin which could cause problems, depending how the IC reacts when the power supply is shutting down. Some ICs appear to lose control of their outputs as the supply voltage drops.

IMO, this wouldn't be a viable sub.
