Hi, friends!
I have too many parts I won’t be able to use in the near to mid term. Therefore putting some stuff up for sale.
First up is two pairs or IXYS beasties intended for an XA252 build I will need to postpone.
2 x IXFN140N30P (still available @ Mouser - SOLD
2 x IXTN40P50P (hard to find) - SOLD
Aleph J PCBs (from the store) - SOLD
Ready for sale now: F5 Turbo PCBs with four matched pairs of rare Fairchild MOSFETs.
More stuff might be put up for sale, in time.
Regards,
Andy

Splendid! I was a bit nervous about that since I made a mistake with the address 🙂Aleph J PCBs received 👍
F5 Turbo PCBs with four matched pairs of Fairchild FQA19N20 and FQA12P20. These pairs are rare, since the parts are long since out of production.
All devices match within 0V1 of each other, in their polarities respectively. Just as Papa ordered.
Indirectly transconductance has been measured, and they all behave just nicely and similar to each other within their polarities.
Matching currents @ 0A35 and 0A72.
Devices named N1-4 and P1-4, with declining Ugs. Meaning devices 1-2 and 3-4 are to be considered the best matched pairs 🙂
Ugs measurents @ 0A35 and 0A72. Notice their transconductance is relatively similar, staying within 0V1 of each other at both currents.
N1: 3V513/3V634
N2: 3V509/3V627
N3: 3V506/3V625
N4: 3V482/3V610
P1: 5V251/5V455
P2: 5V239/5V439
P3: 5V217/5V432
P4: 5V203/5V422
My sources tell me the N/P Ugs difference is perfectly OK 🙂
Retail diyaudiostore price for PCBs: 49 USD
MOSFETs: Bought for approx 80 USD.
My set price for both items is 100 USD, international shipping included.
