Is there any interest in Belden 20ga solid and 22ga stranded wire in the group? I uncovered a box of 100ft rolls on metal reels yesterday. Looked it up and it is going for crazy money. Trying to thin my stuff out and get "something" for it. Any thoughts?
Belden must offer a hundred types of each. Newark lists a dozen orderable Belden #20 solid: bare, tinned, Nickel-plate, enameled, PVC, Nylon, THHC, THC, each in red, green, blue and violet/mauve stripe. The factory has, or has made, more choices.
Unless you found something 'magic', for most of us it is expedient to pull-apart CAT5 network cable.
List some photos, the part numbers, and lengths in the swap section, and see.
Use ebay to get the most money for it.
Will do...most are 100ft spools with the Belden plastic wrap in place. Belden #s....8524-100 (22ga stranded), 8529-100 (20ga solid)..will check for others and take pictures.
Jeez, that Belden stuff is $90 - $100 for a 100 foot roll at distributors. Unlikely anyone here would be interested.
Something about the industrial supply chain, no doubt. Ebay sounds best for this.

When I saw those prices I couldn't believe it. That's why I posted this thread. I have about 30 rolls!
The Remington is a lot less but origin is not noted. The amazon stuff is Chinese so it doesn't look like the original wiring of the 60s. Thanks,for the info

I like ebay but the costs involved are bad on both ends...and I would get a 1099 to boot. I would rather sell it to someone here .... not looking for a killing...something good for both sides.
There are other forums besides this, and places to sell other than e-bay.

Paypal charges about 10%, bear that in mind.
Shipment, I found our local Post Office is the most economic, fast, reliable, and they deliver everywhere in India. Most couriers do not do that.
