Kicker 1500.zx amp no lights.

So perry I got this zx1500.1 thats not powering up . there is no lights but there is no shorts on the ps fets. Any ideas?

Fuses? Reverse polarity diodes?

I'll change my title. Sorry perry. And there is no short between 12v and ground. So th we diodes are out of the question. Is there an internal fuse ?

DC voltage on the center legs of the PS FETs?

DCV on terminals 11, 12 and 14 of the TL494 (U2)?
