Those i know are already mentioned, but there are not that many kits arround so mostly the kits seen in different shops are the same kits.

And if you searching for precut wood panels, they are very rare (soundimport has a few, but not the interesting ones). Most go to cnc shops with the plans they god (diy or existing plans) and let the wood be cut there.
