Any thoughts on the best cable to re-wire my Quad 606-2? I’d like to keep mains bundles separate from signal runs. I’m particularly exercised over the poor quality of the wiring to the speaker binding posts - clearly OFC wanted, but does it need to be esoteric (ie, expensive)?

Rayma, thanks. You wouldn’t touch the other cabling? The rest of the wiring isn't.
Power amplifiers often have nonlinear currents flowing in the power supply wiring.
The supply wires should all be twisted together (all three in a bipolar supply),
and kept separate from other wiring, because of this.

The Quad 606 does not have speaker and HT wires bundled together, and the mains wiring is nowhere neither either, or the input wiring either. I have one in front of me now. Also the speaker wire looks quite adequate to me.
