Working on another one of these type 1 class d amps.
Are the 1 ohm resistors on the output driver boards 1 Watt rated?
This one came to me with wrong values and power rated resistors installed there.

This is how it arrived.
I have since put 1 ohm, 1/4 watt in for testing, but those opened right away.

I can't tell much from that .Can you find the corresponding parts on the jbl - bpX2200.1- sm.pdf diagram?
I did look at the diagram but did not see where the power rating was specified in the parts list or on the schematic
My mistake, I was looking at the SM for the jbl 1200. I will look up the 2200 and see if those are specified
I have made another mistake.
The resistors that were improper when I got the amp are supposed to be the 2.2K ohm, 2W resistors as shown on the JBL bp1200p1 schematic at R207, R237, R307, and R337.

I need assistance with finding a replacement inductor as I don't remember ever having to order one.
There are 6 on each audio driver board, total of 12, and one of them measures open. It looks like color bands are red, red, black on them, is that 22uH?
If so, these are about half the size of what I find on Mouser or Digikey. These measure about 2mm in diameter and a little over 4mm in length.

The JBL manual posted above has them as 22uH.
If you can't find any that short, you can stand them on end.
