What happens if I put a speaker of Fs: 45hrz in a horn tuned to 37 hrz? Am I going to have a problem? The horn must have the length of the wavelength of the Fs/4?
Thanks

That minor a difference, nothing audible except at high enough power below driver Fs to cause overheating.
I have a pair of Fostex FE206NV. Now I have them in 55 Liter bass reflex boxes tuned to the Fs. I want to put them in a BLH. All the horns models there are for the EN version. There is no data for the NV. I read that the horn proposed by Fostex is bad. I saw several options that are for the EN and the FE208ez. I am looking for the best option.I think you might take a step back at this point and decide why you want a horn.
Thanks.
Christian.
The 1/4 wavelength horn length is often mentioned without much explanation. I think exploring the idea with hornresp.exe will show you what is possible.
Thanks. I am looking at tutorials to learn how to use the Hornsteps. The 1/4 wavelength horn length is often mentioned without much explanation. I think exploring the idea with hornresp.exe will show you what is possible.
Two sides to that, first install it, gather your driver specs and put in horn type and size. Second, make changes and decide where to stop.
