hi I have an Audio Research Ref 3 and I have the problem that when I turn it on there is no signal but noise I have measured the voltages and on the +180v rail there is only 80v I have changed the valves I checked the circuit and I cannot find the breakdown.
could you help me

Here is the REF2, maybe it will help some.
The HV is just a cathode follower with op amp feedback, to a triode driving the follower grid.
First check the op amp power supply pin voltages, then the follower grid voltage.

hello nothing I can't find the solution when turning on it still has 80v +- and it makes noise until it gets warmer and disappears but the voltage doesn't go up it stays at 80v +-.
I will continue looking for the problem, I also see the difficulty of the FET transistors that are colored.
Greetings and thanks for helping me

You have a circuit of something rather simple. The reference designators are all wrong but it should be trivial to identify the parts on the board.
Have you measured the voltage at the pentode's grid? At the opamp output? At its inputs? Have you checked the 6L6?
What do the fets have to do with anything? They are just current sources and have no relation to your PS problem.
