Ik buyed FilmCaps brand ClarityCap:
4x PWA 100uF/160v
2x PWA 47uF/160v
2x PWA 33uF/160v
The wires of the 47uF and 33uF are nice clean and shiny.
But the 100uF looks like they were heated and then coated with some kind of 2-comp resin, and dryed later.
Look at the pictures.
Should i be worry about something??

If it's new, and in that condition when received, notify the mfr or dealer and ask for a replacement.
The dealer should not have sold you that one in any event.
If bought used, ask the seller for a return if you don't want to keep it. But you can sand that off
if you want to keep it. Should not cause a problem if the lead is left as-is, if you remove the material
from the end of the lead where you will solder it. Don't try soldering the lead unless that is removed
fro the area involved.

On some other forums i ask the same question, and i did not hear about problems.
So i think it wil be okay.
I will leave the leads as they are - that is correct - don't turn them - not even 1 time.
And i wil clean before soldering.
