WTB Wanted UK: IRFP9240PBF

Anyone have a couple of IRFP9240PBF they'd be willing to part with in the UK? Non grey sources are out! I'd love to build an amplifier before next year if I can!

I'm in the UK and have three used but good IRFP9240 (not the lead free version).
I've just tested them on a Peak DCA Pro and they are all good though the leads will need straightening perhaps.

Here's what the tester said for one ...

P-Ch Enhancement mode MOSFET
Red-D Green-G Blue-S
Vgs(on)=3.239V at Id=4.95mA and Ig=0µA
Vgs(off)=2.653V at Id=5.0µA
gm=40.2mA/V at Id=3.0mA to 4.9mA
Rds(on)<1.0Ω at Id=4.9mA and Vgs=8.0V
with body diode

A couple are yours for £4.00 each posted and I'm sure I'll have spare if you ever need it.

I can see the Farnell lead time is November ...

I don't think they do unless Simon wants delivery after 28 Nov this year or to purchase 100 for £243!

I've just found 4 new ones as well which I'll obviously let the OP have instead for the same price each.

My stock list shows I have both 9240 and 240 in stock. Supplied by RS Components last year. £4.65 and £4.55 each.
