1 channel doesn’t have any output .
When I opened it up I noticed what I believe to be a capacitor is blown open .
when this cap blows is it usually due to one of the ic’s going bad ?
Any Thoughts

This is likely to be a resistor, not a capacitor. Anyway, your unit most probably is a class D amplifier. Servicing and repairing is hard, especially without any schematics.

Doesn't the amp have 4 identical circuits that would allow you to find the value from one of the 3 remaining circuits?
We don't know for certain what it is, resistor or capacitor.
Then we need to know how it's being used in the circuit.
The failure could be random or due to other defective components.

I will remove the defective part and the corresponding part from another channel to check it to see if it’s a resistor or capacitor
