I have a quad (4 pcs) of Toshiba 2SK2013 for sale at $40/quad. This TOS mosfets should be a good upgrade for IRFP610 in ACP+. Numbers shown in the pix are Vgsx100 at Id=40mA.
Shipping to the US is $14, and $12 elsewhere.
